Hapalopus formosus - Pumpkin Patch LRG - Young Adult Female!

The Pumpkin Patch Tarantula… Scientifically known as Hapalopus Formosa (formally known as Pumpkin Patch LRG) is a gorgeous and docile Halloween themed tarantula, infamous for its striking orange and black appearance! Now I’ve been raising up these individuals for well over a year now! Starting out SMALLER then the BALL on a BALLPOINT PEN these baby pumpkin patch’s were eating literal springtails once they first hatched out! Now they are taking down medium to large crickets! They’re currently 2.75 - 3+ inches in legspan and are well past the vulnerable stage for this species! Technically there already sexually Mature but they are no where near full grown! You can expect your Sub Adult Female to reach a maximum leg-span of 4.5 inches! I also have 1.5 - 2 inch males for sale so feel free to ask for a male if you’re interested in breeding this amazing species in the future!

Care - This is a hardy species that can tolerate dry conditions but I recommend giving them moist substrate with adequate ventilation and a terrestrial enclosure 3 to 5 times the size of your tarantula!
