Unlike a majority of Pamphobeteus species, this rare and desirable breed displays its captivating colors throughout the entirety of its life! Usually, bright, vibrant colors are only reserved for the mature male specimens in the Pamphobeteus genus! However, the Crimson Mask puts this stereotype to shame as both males and females Begin displaying remarkable coloration from as little as 2 inches DLS! More importantly they will only continue obtaining more blaring colors as they grow with every single molt! Now please, only purchase this pair if you intend on breeding this one of a kind species! The Pamphobeteus sp. Crimson Mask is extremely rare and there’s no telling how few are in the US! So if you want this fascinating species to stick around in the U.S. hobby we must produce babies! Anyways, the female is slightly larger than the male! At exactly 4.5 inches in DLS, the female is absolutely jaw dropping gorgeous. Where as, the male is 3.75 inches DLS! Now you can expect these spiders to get BIG! Maxing out at an impressive 8+ inches DLS the Pamphobeteus sp. Crimson Mask is practically guaranteed to be the most grandiose tarantula in your collection! Additionally, the male will only get 7+ inches but will undergo a distinct color change once he matures out! After having his final molt he will be drenched in sparkly metallic blues, reds and pinks!
